1. Product description

AskLater Box is a local-first Chrome extension that helps you save selected webpage text, questions, doubts, counterpoints, and follow-up ideas while reading. It can export those saved cards as a clean Markdown prompt for AI tools. The extension does not call AI APIs inside the product.

2. Free plan

The Free plan allows up to 5 cards per page, local browser storage, Markdown prompt export, and local use without an account.

3. License and purchase terms

• Early Bird Lifetime is a one-time purchase for AskLater Box Pro local features.
• After purchase, you receive a signed license key by email.
• During early access, license keys may be delivered manually to your payment email.
• License activation is verified locally using the signed license key.

4. Early Bird Lifetime definition

"Lifetime" means lifetime access to AskLater Box core local features, including unlimited local cards and the core local capture/export workflow, for as long as the product is maintained and technically available.

5. What Lifetime does not include

• Future cloud sync.
• AI credits or AI usage.
• Third-party model usage or API call costs.
• Team, organization, collaboration, or admin features.
• Any future paid cloud or hosted services that are separate from core local features.

6. Refunds and support

For purchase questions, license delivery issues, activation help, or refund requests, contact support@asklater.top. Refund handling may depend on payment status, delivery status, and Creem's payment flow.

7. Acceptable use

• You may not use AskLater Box for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• You may not attempt to bypass license checks or misuse license keys.
• You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your license key.
• You may not use the product in a way that disrupts, damages, or interferes with it.

8. No reverse engineering or resale

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or resell AskLater Box or its license mechanism, except where such restrictions are not allowed by applicable law.

9. Disclaimer

AskLater Box is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every webpage or browser environment.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the product changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
